Recipe: Found this online (somewhere - didn't write it down)... very simple, packs a good kick. I didn't even care that my first batch were made from what my cousin calls "witch's fingers"... green beans with big horrible knobby beans in them :-).

2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. gochujang
1 tsp. ground coriander (though I doubt you can actually taste it through the gochujang... did I mention it has a kick??)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. green beans, trimmed

Whisk oil with gochujang, coriander, and salt. Toss with green beans.
Roast on rimmed baking sheet in 425 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until tender, shaking twice.
