1 t. vanilla
2 large eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. splenda
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
pie crust (unbaked) for 9" one-crust pie
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla. Add remaining ingredients (except crust... do I really need to say that?) and mix.
Put filling in crust and bake about 45 minutes... until just right (not too jiggly, not too brown)... pull out just before it's completely firm.
Serve with whipped cream. (Oh yeah!)
