2 c raw almonds
3 T cocoa powder
heaping 1/2 t fine sea salt (original called for 1 t... that was too much for me)
1 T splenda or powdered sugar
1 T honey
Preheat oven to 350 F. Put almonds on a rimmed cookie sheet and bake 6 minutes. Shake pan and bake another 6 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 2 minutes. Mix cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener in a small bowl. Place almonds in a medium bowl and toss with honey. Add cocoa mixture and toss to coat. Spread on baking sheet to finish cooling. Voila!
