Roman Bread

Recipe: 2 c. tepid water
2 pkg. yeast
2 T. sugar

¼ c. olive oil
½ c. salad oil
5½ c. flour
1 t. salt

olive oil
fresh slivered garlic
fresh rosemary
kosher salt

Mix water, yeast, and sugar. Add oils, half the flour, and salt. Blend until sponge (about 10 minutes). Add rest of flour and knead. Let rise 2 times.
Thinly slice garlic and put into olive oil to soak.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Spread dough on two cookie sheets. Brush olive oil/garlic mixture on bread. Sprinkle on rosemary and salt. Let rise again, then bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
