Original version from the American Diabetes Association website. Kinda weird, but kinda compelling....
1 T cocoa powder
1 T splenda
2 T peanut butter powder
2 T chia seeds
3/8 c milk
1/8 c cream
1/2 t vanilla extract
Mix cocoa, splenda, and PB powder. Stir in chia seeds. Whisk in milk, cream, and vanilla. Let sit 5 minutes. Whisk again. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to thicken.
