aka Mexican Wedding Cakes
aka Melt-in-Your-Mouth Cookies
1 c. butter
½ c. powdered sugar
½ t. vanilla
1¾ c. flour
½ c. chopped pecans
extra powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar. Blend in vanilla, flour, and nuts. Chill.
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Shape cookies into small balls ¾”-1” in diameter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar and cool on rack.
